Warranty and returns — clearly explained, step by step
All HOOB products undergo quality control before dispatch. If you discover a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will request the necessary information and help resolve the issue.

Periods
Warranty service
Free warranty service is provided for one year from the date of purchase. Different warranty periods apply to certain product categories:
- 14 days
- products made of clay, glass, and wood
- 50 days
- hookah bags, in accordance with GOST 28631-2005
- 6 months
- magnetic discs and rings. Magnets must be replaced at the first signs of corrosion
Unauthorized modifications or use of a product for purposes other than intended will void the warranty. We may request photographs and order details to confirm the condition of the product.
Exclusions
What is not covered by the warranty
- mechanical damage and other consequences of negligent use;
- normal wear and tear;
- failure to clean the product promptly or improper care;
- use of the product for purposes other than intended;
- improper transportation or storage.
The warranty also does not cover decorative surface changes caused by use, including darkening, clouding, or discoloration of parts regularly exposed to chemical or thermal effects. These parts include the tray and coal screen, tobacco bowl, silicone hose, and water base.
Returns
If the product has not been used
An unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs. No warehouse storage fee is deducted for orders within Russia. International returns are subject to an additional 15% deduction.
Important
Used products, as well as products with opened or damaged packaging, cannot be returned.

How to request a return or exchange
- Describe the issue State the nature of the defect or damage.
- Take photographs Prepare clear photographs that clearly show the defect.
- Send your request Attach the photographs and specify the date and place of purchase.

The HOOB warranty applies to products purchased directly from HOOB or through the HOOB online store. It does not apply to products purchased from dealers, resellers, or other third parties.
