Natural wood accents on a professional steel construction
Hoob Go Pro Wood combines a stainless steel structure with solid wenge or American walnut accents. The 54 cm stem keeps the professional proportions of the Go Pro line, while natural wood gives the model a warmer, more distinctive presence for home interiors and design-led lounge spaces.
Materials and care
The stainless steel core is built for long-term use. Natural wood, however, benefits from more careful handling and is less resistant to visible wear than an all-steel finish. The material and more involved finishing process can also contribute to the model’s higher price.
Construction and compatibility
The stem attaches to the water base with a threaded connection. The hose connector is magnetic, and the removable diffuser is threaded. The model is designed for one hose and is compatible only with Hoob Pro threaded water bases. Hand wash only
Do not use harsh cleaning agents or put the hookah in a dishwasher. Hand wash the metal parts and water base. Wipe wooden parts only, as described below.
After each use
Empty the water base
Do not leave water in the water base after use.
Let the bowl cool down
Wait until the bowl has cooled to room temperature before rinsing it with water. This helps prevent cracks.
Wash and wipe the parts dry
After washing, wipe the hookah dry to help prevent oxidation of its metal parts.
Dry the stem and water base separately
Do not attach the stem to the water base immediately after washing, as this slows down natural drying. Leave the parts open and separate so they dry faster, including in hard-to-reach areas.
Protect the tray’s finish
Colored trays are vulnerable to fruit acids found in pineapple, orange, apple and other fruits used as hookah bowls. Rinse any fruit juice off the tray with water immediately after use.
Caring for wood
The wood has a protective lacquer finish. Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately. Do not soak it or use abrasives, alcohol or solvents. Keep it away from radiators and direct sunlight while drying.

Warranty service
Free warranty service is provided for one year from the date of purchase. Different warranty periods apply to certain product categories:
- 14 days
- products made of clay, glass, and wood
- 50 days
- hookah bags, in accordance with GOST 28631-2005
- 6 months
- magnetic discs and rings. Magnets must be replaced at the first signs of corrosion
Unauthorized modifications or use of a product for purposes other than intended will void the warranty. We may request photographs and order details to confirm the condition of the product.
Exclusions
What is not covered by the warranty
- mechanical damage and other consequences of negligent use;
- normal wear and tear;
- failure to clean the product promptly or improper care;
- use of the product for purposes other than intended;
- improper transportation or storage.
The warranty also does not cover decorative surface changes caused by use, including darkening, clouding, or discoloration of parts regularly exposed to chemical or thermal effects. These parts include the tray and coal screen, tobacco bowl, silicone hose, and water base.
Returns
If the product has not been used
An unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs. No warehouse storage fee is deducted for orders within Russia. International returns are subject to an additional 15% deduction.
Important
Used products, as well as products with opened or damaged packaging, cannot be returned.
