Who these Terms apply to

These Terms govern use of websites in the hoob.com domain. The website operator is Individual Entrepreneur Ulanov Ilya Valerievich (“HOOB”, “we”). Contact: hello@hoob.com.

The English-language website is intended only for people aged 21 or older, or the higher minimum legal age that applies where they live. Minors must not access age-restricted product information, create an account, place an order or submit a review.

Using the website means that you must follow these conduct rules. It does not by itself give consent to direct marketing, optional cookies or unrelated personal-data processing; those choices are requested separately where required.

Product availability and orders

Products may be offered to adult customers in destinations where their sale, import, delivery and use are permitted. Availability depends on the product, destination, local law, carrier and customs restrictions, and any required age verification.

Submitting an order, reservation or enquiry is an offer to proceed on the terms shown or communicated for the relevant destination. A contract is formed only when the seller expressly accepts the order or completes the transaction. Prices, taxes, duties, payment options, delivery terms and the identity of the seller may vary by destination and are confirmed before the contract is made.

HOOB or the relevant seller may decline, limit or cancel a request where fulfilment would be unlawful, unavailable or impracticable. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location are not restricted by these Terms.

Accurate details and security

You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, protect your password and not impersonate another person. The website does not create public user profiles. Contact hello@hoob.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Age verification may be requested online, on delivery or at collection where applicable law requires it. Any identity data requested for that purpose must be handled under the Privacy Notice and limited to what is reasonably necessary.

Text only, with a fair licence

You may submit a text review and rating. Review photo and video uploads are not offered. You must have the right to submit the text and must not include another person’s personal data or unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, promotional or malicious material.

HOOB may review, withhold or remove a submission that violates these Terms, applicable law or product relevance. When you publish a review, you grant HOOB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, technically adapt and use the text on the website and in official HOOB materials with your published name or alias. You retain ownership and may request removal at hello@hoob.com.

Acceptable use

You must not break the law or third-party rights, bypass age or security controls, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, collect personal data unlawfully, send spam, impersonate HOOB or use automated access in a way that overloads the service or circumvents controls. Ordinary indexing of public pages by legitimate search engines is permitted.

Brand and content

Trade marks, brand graphics, text, photography, video, designs, software and other materials are protected and belong to HOOB or their respective owners. Limited quotation and other uses permitted by mandatory copyright exceptions remain permitted. Commercial use of the HOOB mark, logo, product photography or design requires prior written permission.

Availability, links and responsibility

We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but may update products and functions, correct errors, perform maintenance or restrict access for a lawful reason. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their operators control their own content, terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, each party is responsible for loss it causes in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy, updates and governing law

Personal-data use is described in the separate Privacy Notice. These Terms are not consent to marketing, public disclosure of personal data or optional cookies.

Russian law governs these Terms, but this choice does not take away mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the law of your country. We invite you to contact hello@hoob.com first; you may still use any competent authority, court or alternative process available by law.

We publish revised Terms with a new effective date. If a change legally requires separate acceptance, it will not apply without that step.
