This includes use on products, packaging, commercial documents, advertising, signage, domains, social handles and other online identifiers.

Good-faith referential use to identify genuine HOOB products may be permitted by applicable law if it is accurate, proportionate and does not imply affiliation or alter the mark. Use of the logo, brand graphics or mark on products, packaging, advertising or commercial designs requires written permission.
